In General
If you:
- do not have access to the types and variety of products you need;
- do not have any say as to the products on the Approved List;
- do not have access to the board and top management;
- would like to be able to discuss ideas and issues with your peers
- would prefer to be with a boutique dealer;
then Futuro's culture may appeal. Futuro is a closely knit group whose network has been responsible for many of initiatives that have been implemented throughout the group. We have a formal process in place designed to encourage our network to put their issues before senior management and the board. This means things are dealt with quickly and definitively. It also means our planners have input into approved products; marketing strategies, training and in fact on any issues that impacts on their business.
If you:
- want input into the dealership you are helping to create
- would like access to equity in the dealership that you have helped to build
- would like to know that a significant lump sum payment could be made to you in less than 5 years
- want value for the dealer fee you pay
then the way Futuro is structured might suit. Although Futuro's owners are in business for the financial reward it has not stopped them understanding that this is not achievable without the support of its network and as such a major portion of these rewards will be passed back to its network. We believe there will be greater value for all in the end in accepting a smaller piece of a larger pie rather than keeping all of a smaller one. We believe the fastest and most rewarding way to grow is to make it to be in everyone's interest to create a successful business.
