Ray came from finance and accounting background before transitioning to financial planning. Ray holds a Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), graduating with a High Distinction average. Ray won the University Medal for Accounting as part of his business studies at UTS and also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Management) from the University of Technology Sydney.
